Scheduling an Exam or Quiz

Students who wish to schedule an exam or quiz with the Disability & Access Center (DAC) should:

• Log in to their AIM Account and complete an Exam Request (Located under Accommodations- Alternative Testing)

• visit our office, KUC 107

Filling out an Exam Request (Fall 2025)

1. Log in to your AIM account.
2. After logging in, navigate to the Alternative Testing link on the left-hand side of your page (see image below). You will be taken to the schedule an exam page.

   • If you do not see this menu on the left hand side, please click on the rectangular box to the left of the overview title near the top left-side of your window. (see image below)
   • 
3. In the dropdown box, select which class you would like to schedule an exam for.
4. Fill out the exam request.
   • **You are required to provide the Date and Time of your exam.
   • **Also, you must select at least one accommodation.
5. You are required to agree to the [Bold: Terms and Conditions] before you can submit your request. Once you have done so, click Add Exam Request.
   • **If you are submitting a late exam request, you will be required to specify why before you can submit it.
6. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request.
   • **It is very important to note that this confirmation email does not mean your request has been approved. If there are any issues with your request and/or your request is denied, we will send you a separate email detailing why.
