Scheduling an Exam or Quiz

Notice for Returning Students

Starting with the Fall 2025 semester, the DAC has transitioned to using a new testing request system. See below for the link to submit and exam request and instructions on how to fill it out.

Students who wish to schedule an exam or quiz with the Disability & Access Center (DAC) should:

  • Log in to their AIM Account and complete an Exam Request (Located under Accommodations- Alternative Testing)

    or
  • visit our office, KUC 107

Filling out an Exam Request (Fall 2025)

  1. Log in to your AIM account.
  2. After logging in, navigate to the Alternative Testing link on the left-hand side of your page (under the accommodations section). You will be taken to the schedule an exam page.
  3. In the dropdown box, select which class you would like to schedule an exam for.
  4. Fill out the exam request.
    • **You are required to provide the Date and Time of your exam.
    • **Also, you must select at least one accommodation.
  5. You are required to agree to the [Bold: Terms and Conditions] before you can submit your request. Once you have done so, click Add Exam Request.
    • **If you are submitting a late exam request, you will be required to specify why before you can submit it.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your request.
    • **It is very important to note that this confirmation email does not mean your request has been approved. If there are any issues with your request and/or your request is denied, we will send you a separate email detailing why.

Scheduling Deadlines

All exams/quizzes must be scheduled at least three (3) business days in advance (excluding holidays and weekends).

Finals Week

Any FINAL EXAMS or standard exams/quizzes occurring during finals week must be scheduled at least five (5) business days before each final begins.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on the current semester to see the exam schedule.
