How to Send Accommodation Emails

  • Starting 2-3 weeks before each semester, log into your AIM Student Portal Opens in new tab and submit a request to send email notification of your accommodations to your instructors. A helpful video on the process is available below.
  • You can choose which instructors receive emails and which accommodations they’re told about.
  • You’ll receive an email when it’s time to submit your accommodation letter requests. Watch for this and other important emails from the Disability & Access Center!

The Disability & Access Center office hours are as follows:

Monday:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Friday:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm
